		<description>There must be a better way to give penalties to drivers for infringements. The current practice of drive thru penalties is more often or not too severe to indicate how a competitor is performing.
Surely a suitable quantity of points loss applied at the end of the race (and known as soon as it is deemed applicable before the end of the race) is a much better way to apply penalties. 
Some rules are over the top and spoil good racing.</description>
